Chocolate is the next craft beer or specialty coffee, and I want to show you why. In honor of Mother’s Day, I’m hosting this special tasting at West Elm: We’ll try several small-batch chocolate bars from my favorite bean-to-bar makers in the world, and I’ll tell you the bizarre and hilarious stories behind these bars as well as how chocolate is made and why bean to bar is so special. We’ll sip cacao tea as we chat, and you’ll take home the recipe, a sneak peek from my book, Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America’s Craft Chocolate Revolution, coming out from Storey Publishing in September. Come taste some of the best chocolate in the world with me!
