Where to Find Craft Chocolate in Charlotte, North Carolina (28209)
North Carolina has a handful of bean-to-bar chocolate makers who are really rocking it, and fortunately, there are a few places to find their bars, as well as other great brands, near you. I've also included two bean-to-bar chocolate factories below that are further away (about two hours by car) but highly worth visiting.
The Secret Chocolatier
This chocolatier makes delicious confections and bonbons and also carries a few great brands of bean-to-bar chocolate, like Black Mountain, Taza, and French Broad.

This upscale grocery chain has a pretty nice selection of quality craft chocolate from across the world, with brands like Marou, Chocolate Bonnat, Grenada Chocolate Company, and Amedei.

This local market and cafe carries a small but nice selection: Think Askinosie and Raaka.

French Broad
A bit farther down the road, check out this amazing bean-to-bar chocolate factory, where you can take a tour and see how the magic happens. Also stop by their cafe, where you'll find chocolate in all of its delicious forms, from bar to ice cream to cake to brownie. Last but not least, stop by their next-door store Chocolate + Milk, where they carry several dozen amazing brands of American bean-to-bar chocolate.

Also a bit farther away, find this great bean-to-bar maker. It's a bit smaller than French Broad, but you'll be able to take a tour, try all of the bars, and pick up some confections made with their chocolate that you can't find anywhere else.
