This little bookshop and chocolate store also has a great selection: Think everyone from Askinosie, based in Missouri, to Solstice, based in nearby Murray, Utah.

Head to this specialty store for a truly exhaustive collection of bean-to-bar chocolate. The company also owns A Priori specialty food importing and distribution, and they’re responsible for providing a lot of the country with those great bars.

If you’re up for a bit more of a drive, check out this bean-to-bar maker’s factory and café. The bars are delicious, and you’ll get to see how they’re made as well as treat yourself to hot chocolate and baked goods.
